It’s summer 2018 and your girls’ holiday is just around the corner.
Here is a definitive guide to getting a Jack of your very own (or an Adam if you’re feeling brave!)
Arguably the most important component of getting fit is a healthy diet. Don’t be fooled by the idea that cutting carbs is a quick solution though. A balanced diet is key to a healthy lifestyle and is essential to provide the energy for exercise.
In a typical Monday for the stunning Montana Rose Brown, she is said to enjoy oats with semi-skimmed milk, a banana and honey on seeded toast for breakfast. She then treats herself to a yoghurt with fresh berries for a mid-morning snack before her lunch at which she enjoys chicken chunks with green beans, sweetcorn and pumpkin.
A blueberry muffin from Starbucks doesn’t go amiss for a mid-afternoon snack for Montana to tide her over until dinner, at which she enjoys breaded lemon sole with tender stem broccoli.
Montana explains that she “drinks two litres of water per day” but “never follows a food plan” as she told Women’s Health Mag.
So don’t worry about the occasional cheat day (we’re all human!)
A good amount of exercise is important for feeling happy and healthy. With the increasing popularity of gyms and influx of people, it may not be for you, but there are several other forms of exercise you can partake in to tone your tum. It can be as simple as going for walks. Not only is it a great way to exercise but it is an incredibly peaceful and social activity. You could even step it up a notch and get the gals on a jog. Many of the exercises can even be done at home. Planking and sit ups will leave you looking saucy for the summer.
The key to a healthy body is a healthy mind! If you believe you can achieve something then nothing can stand in your way. If you want to try new things, whether that be activities or lifestyle choices, then it is only yourself that can stop you.
Remember, you can’t achieve anything standing still and confidence is a propeller boosting you along the pathway of success. On a final note, be happy with yourself. Everyone has their own unique qualities, its up to you to take pride in them.
